Lauren Pisciotta worked as an OnlyFans model before joining Kanye West's companies, earning approximately $1 million per year from her adult content career. She was hired in July 2021 as Chief of Staff at multiple West companies after meeting him during the development of his fashion line. In that role she also collaborated on music, working with West on three songs on the album "Donda." West later asked her to delete her OnlyFans account and offered her $1 million a year to do so; she agreed. Pisciotta worked for West from July 2021 until her dismissal in October 2022. In June she sued West for breach of contract, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination.
