Kristanna Sommer Loken was born on October 8, 1979, in Ghent, New York. She is an American actress and former model with Norwegian roots. She participated in the 1994 Elite Model Look and began her acting career in 1994 as the third actress to play Danielle Andropoulos on the soap opera As the World Turns. She grew up on a fruit farm and has one sister, Tanya. Her father, Merlin Loken, is a writer and farmer, and her mother, Randy Porat, is a former model.
