Centerfold is a subscription-based creator platform launched by Playboy as an alternative to OnlyFans. The platform hosts both SFW and NSFW content and bills itself as sex positive, aiming to empower creators. PLBY Group, the owner of Playboy, formalized a deal to purchase the content platform Dream for $30 million to accelerate Centerfold's launch. Centerfold began operations in the fourth quarter of 2021. Loren Piretra, whose previous experience includes a role at Twitch, joined Centerfold to lead influencer marketing. Playboy dropped the Centerfold name and integrated the platform into the Playboy brand.
