Dahlia Schweitzer

Dahlia Schweitzer is an American pop culture critic and writer born in 1976. She is chair of the Film and Media program and an Associate Professor of Film and Media Studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She earned a PhD in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master's degree in Criticism and Theory from Art Center College of Design. Her books include Going Viral and L.A. Private Eyes. She writes about film, television, music, gender, and identity.
