Claire Comptour is a French illustrator and the creator of a small green character that has become a touchstone for many highly sensitive people. Her Instagram account, @clairedeslunes.nou, has more than 100,000 followers and features intimate, identity-focused comic strips that grew out of a personal need for expression. She received a late diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (TSA). Her work and public discussions address social masking, sensory overload, and creation as a space for balance. She has spoken about a family history linked to alcohol, an early awareness of her relationship with alcohol, motherhood as a turning point, and her decision to stop drinking.
